Required typing speed of 45-65 WPM or better. English language proficiency is essential; French language proficiency is an asset.

We are looking for individuals with the following abilities:

- Ability troubleshoot, make improvement suggestions and take initiative
- Ability to handle multiple areas of responsibility
- Ability to take direction, feedback and work in a team
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage your own workflow and prioritize tasks

**Responsibilities**:
**General Office Administration**:

- Schedule meetings for Office Manager and lawyers
- Prepare agendas for upcoming meetings
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages & letter mail
- Save attachments (invoices, documents, etc.)
- Docket important client deadlines and reminders
- Action client and internal deadlines
- Print cheques
- Draft letters and agreements (template)
- Assist with Project Management
- Bring cheques to bank to deposit

**Data Management**:

- Maintain Admin Procedures Document
- Maintain Lawyer CLE Document
- Maintain Blog Tracking Document
- Run reports (for internal and external use)

**Lawyer Support**:

- Assist with lawyer association memberships
- Register lawyers up for CLE events
- Assist with preparation for lawyer events (PowerPoints, Business Cards, Leaflets, etc.)

**Research**:

- Perform research (ie: outside suppliers, new /existing software, industry events, etc.)

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Follow new clients on social media platforms and share content
- Assist with drafting bios for new clients
- Assist with creating new service pages (template)
- Assist with preparing client testimonials (template)
- Assist with adding new events to website (template)

**Salary**: $36,000.00 per year
