**As our Social/Community manager, you will be responsible for the following**:
- Grow and engage socials (Instagram and Facebook) and community platforms (Discord and Reddit) in a fast-paced startup environment for **a new photography mobile game product**.
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of organic social and community campaigns/posts, ideation, execution, optimization, and ongoing monitoring.
- Use data-driven insights to assess the performance of organic social and community campaigns and community engagements, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies to deliver results.
- Work cross functionally with product, design, and customer support on social creatives and technical requirements.
- Champion our product to the community.
**As our Social/Community manager, you will possess the following skills, attributes, and experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of growing social media and community platform presence and engagement for consumer products or services. Ideally experience growing socials and community channels from zero.
- Expertise in social media strategies and community management, a good intuition on what engages your audience.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and trends to guide strategy and decision-making.
- Autonomy, taking initiative and ownership of organic social and community channels in the context of a small team.
- Creative skills to ideate and execute engaging content campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail in crafting compelling stories and comfort with communicating with users.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives effectively.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with the product, design, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of the photography community and ability to engage with photography hobbyists and enthusiasts effectively.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working in start-ups and growth hacking.
- Experience working in the mobile/social gaming space。
- Experience with influencer partnerships.
