**Job summary**

Innivec is seeking for an enthusiastic and energetic Activity Leaders to join our ESL program. The Activity Leaders will play a crucial role in organizing and leading activities that enhance the language learning experience, promote cultural exchange, and provide a fun, safe environment for students.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational, cultural, and educational activities for ESL students.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in all activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where students feel welcome and supported.
- Assist with the coordination of events, trips, and excursions.
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate cultural differences and enhance their language skills.
- Collaborate with ESL instructors and other staff to integrate language learning into activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and participation in activities.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during activities in a professional and effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Toronto

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
