Since opening its doors in 1967, Niagara College has grown to become a leader in education and training and one of the most enterprising colleges in Canada.Applications are invited for two (2) full-time Professors, Supply Chain & Operations at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus. This position commences in August 2023.

**Required qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a closely related discipline

**Required knowledge and experience**:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of recent related progressive experience in operations and supply chain management, logistics, quality management systems, and tactical planning
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at a post-secondary level or adult training experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop multi-media materials and alternative delivery strategies and incorporate appropriate educational technologies into the learning environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate learning and deliver course content with a diverse range of students to support their success.
- History of forging strong working relationships with peers and colleagues
- Proven willingness to contribute to a strong team environment and positive work culture
- Evidence of commitment to supporting and guiding students toward their successes
- Proven ability to deliver course content to a diverse student population.
- Advanced internal and external networking/relationship building and liaison abilities.
- Professional affiliations and related professional designations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- SCC, SCMP, ASCM, Six Sigma designation
- Project Management designation: e.g PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP/ PeopleSoft/etc.)
- Experience in curriculum design and development for applied learning which accommodates students’ diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, experiences, and individual learning styles
- Experience in universal design, virtual/hybrid learning design and delivery
- Practical experience with learning management systems
