In this role, you will oversee all aspects of residential kitchen renovation projects, ensuring top-notch workmanship, adherence to deadlines, and exceptional client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Lead a team of skilled tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tile setters), collaborate with designers, and assist with construction tasks as needed.

**Project Management**: Develop and maintain schedules, manage budgets, and procure materials efficiently.

**Quality Control**: Ensure all work meets high standards and building codes; maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.

**Client Communication**: Provide regular updates, address concerns promptly, and resolve any issues effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in residential construction and renovation, with a strong focus on kitchen projects.
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience with kitchen design software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.99-$34.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON L1W 2X9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (required)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- Class G Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
