Cornwall, Canada Hydro Tech Inc. Full time

We are looking to add an administrative clerk to our team. This position will be based at the RH Saunders Generating Station near Cornwall, ON. The position will be Monday-Friday working 10 hours/day with overtime paid after 40 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Payroll and timesheet management
- Working with Union Representatives from several different Trades Unions
- Liaising with head office Finance team
- Maintain Health, Safety and Environment management system records
- Liaising with head office Health and Safety team
- Assist with Purchase Orders and Procurement
- Liaising with head office Procurement team
- Assist in planning meetings, minute taking for meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, maintenance, spreadsheet development, and scanning
- Manage site training requirements and maintain training records
- Perform all other administrative tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Three years proven related work experience in an administrative role - required
- Health and Safety Environment Post-Secondary Education - an asset
- Experience in Procurement - an asset
- Experience in a Construction Environment - an asset
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be willing and able to submit to a background check and security clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
