**Position Summary**

**What You’ll Do**
- Customer Interaction: Meet and greet customers, show them flooring, cabinetry, and other samples, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom organized, including displays and samples.
- Communication: E-mail daily schedule to staff, coordinate and liaise with vendors, customers, and managers on a constant basis.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and review filing systems, data entry, word processing, and prepare documents for courier daily. Process all letter mail and keep a record of all correspondence.
- Order Management: Receive order confirmations and distribute them using our internal CRM system. Follow up on assignments to ensure completion.

- Communicative: Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction, interior design, or flooring industry is an asset. Background or studies in the interior design industry are also beneficial.
