The Global E-Learning Marketing Coordinator's role is to support the Senior Director OPM (Online Program Management) on projects focused on promoting and scaling current and future LCI Education online programs and courses. It implies collaborating with regional marketing leads and campus stakeholders to ensure that online promotional, event and advertising strategies are deployed and that the brand image is respected. The Global E-Learning Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various digital marketing projects, producing online marketing content and monitoring campaign results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write, prepare and update E-learning marketing English communication and material.
- Manage Social Media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Linked In, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.) and animate communities;
- Update website content using the web content management platform;
- Manage project and event budgets;
- Collaborate with the different departments of the organization to feed the creation of content.
- Follow and analyse the results of campaigns;
- Follow and analyse website performance with Google Analytics and prepare performance analysis reports from the CRM;
- Prepare reports via the CRM;
- Manage quotes, purchase order requests and order marketing material from various suppliers;
- Manage online marketing material inventory;
- Ensure brand is respected throughout all promotional material and activities;
- Follow up on partnership agreements;
- Collaborate with players in the organization to continuously improve processes and brand positioning;
- Participate in the development and coordination of special and one-time projects;
- All other related tasks.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- 2-3 years experience in marketing or communication or similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business administration: marketing profile or equivalent;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Written fluency in English;
- Excellent oral in English and French. Spanish a plus;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Active user and extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.);
- Knowledge of CRM;
- Very comfortable using technology (knowledge of Ed Tech a plus).
