As the Clinic Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our clinic, ensuring the seamless operation of daily processes while delivering an outstanding patient experience. You’ll manage clinic operations, enhance patient interactions, and support our therapists in providing top-tier care. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care and inclusive community connection that define TCMW.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a supportive environment.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to enhance clinic flow.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to continuously improve clinic performance.
- Lead and train administrative staff, promoting a culture of inclusivity and professional growth.
- Address patient inquiries and feedback with accurate information, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care coordination.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and procurement of clinic supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the clinic environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for community involvement and relationship building.
- Commitment to the long-term growth and success of TCMW.
- Availability Sunday to Thursday from 10am - 7pm. Negotiable with possible hybrid options.
