The EDI Support Analyst will be part of Order Information Management Group (Electronic Commerce/EDI Support) whose goal is to support the flow of data and therefore product through the Canadian Tire Retail Supply Chain.

**What you will do**
- Monitor and follow-up on supplier data errors and concerns.
- Conduct daily operational support activities electronic enablement of suppliers and other trading partners.
- Develop documentation pertaining to business rules and procedures.
- Execute assignments in Projects, Enhancements, and updates to internal and third-party systems Requirements.

**Who are you**
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with supply chain/distribution processes.
- Knowledge of standard EC and EDI practices in the Retail industry.
- Able to manage priorities as required by project deliverables and day-to-day operational issues.
- Experience with B2B electronic document exchange in an Internet environment is preferred but not required.
- Team player, customer focused and a quick learner.

**What you bring**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and knowledge of CTC or other supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and MS Access
- Knowledge of 3rd party EDI SaaS companies
- Assets: Knowledge of EDI transactions and principles and Operational support experience
