**Your responsibilities**
- Keep the schedule of operations up to date considering the workload of production and engineering activities
- Perform daily monitoring of:

- The production schedule vs the schedule of orders from project managers and engineering
- Internal and external inventory in SAP vs order requirements for production
- Follow-up with the buyer for orders for upcoming production-critical materials
- Prepare order files for production (ensure that the material is available and print the various documents)
- Prepare orders with crates and nameplates suppliers
- Coordinate the preparation of the picking of parts and products for delivery to customers and production
- Support the production supervisor and the reception/shipping manager in administrative tasks (Transaction in SAP, entry of time sheets, etc.)

**Your background**
- Functional oral and written English & French
- Comfortable with computers - knowledge of MS-Office and in particular Excel and Word.
- General college diploma or with a specialty related to the position
- Desire to learn and ease of learning
- Teamwork - Desire to help other members of the production team when required
- Can handle multiple commands in parallel
- Can work under pressure and short deadlines
- Flexible to adjust to changing priorities
- Proactive
- Attention to detail
- Asset:

- Experience in inventory management and production schedule
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transport
- Knowledge of project management software such as MS-Project
