**JOIN OUR TEAM**
We are looking for a motivated and caring leader for the role of Manager, Children and Family Programs.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure program/service-related policies, procedures, and service standards are appropriate and meet CARF standards
- Ensure delivery of programs in a consistent and professional manner
- Supervise and support staff; provide information and orientation, guidance on community connection activities, case planning, and facilitating sessions
- Train, supervise, and support staff in the performance of their duties (e.g., in needs assessments and referrals, case planning, and facilitating sessions)
- Assist the senior manager to develop program/service standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with CARF
- Oversee the promotion and marketing of all program-related activities
- Work with the senior manager and the Finance Department to ensure financial integrity and accountability for the programs
- Assist the senior manager and Finance Department in the preparation of contract budgets
- Monitor contract budgets, cash flows, variances, financial statements, reports, and expense records and that all expenditures fall within established limits.
- Assist the senior manager in providing financial information on request and during financial audits and monitors
- Participate in ensuring the development and submission of proposals and budgets for new and existing programs in a timely fashion
- Act as a resource for community organizations, stakeholders, and partners to collaborate with MOSAIC to build capacity for immigrant and refugee communities
- Work in partnership with community organizations and stakeholders to organize and coordinate public education/information/resource events
- Attend consultations, meetings, and conferences on issues relating to the settlement of children and families, community development and connections, and policy dialogue
- Promote MOSAIC as a cross-region stakeholder and service provider for immigrants and refugees through participation in community committees, task forces, and governmental and inter-agency networks
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of narrative and data reports
- Regularly inform the senior manager about the progress of contractual outputs and outcomes
- Compile reports and service statistics for the senior manager on emerging issues and community trends, development in children and family settlement services, and funder-related feedback
- Maintain working knowledge of emergent issues in situations involving settlement of children and families and community capacity building
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
