Thornhill, Canada On Track Safety Full time

On Track Safety is looking for Traffic Control Technicians with freeway experience.

**Class G Driver's License is a minimum requirement. CVOR Experience required (3 Years). D and A Drivers are welcome to apply.**

Must demonstrate the proper knowledge to carry some or all of the following:

- Complete daily circle checks on Crash Truck, Attenuator and Arrow Board.
- Work as a team player.
- Must demonstrate general knowledge of Book 7 rules and guidelines.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Crash Truck, to fix minor issues including but not limited to performing Regenerations (Regens).
- Capable of giving direction to fellow coworkers/workers in training.

This is a unionized position. Registration with LiUNA Local 183 is required. LiUNA Members are welcomed to apply.

Expected start date: Immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities and Skills:

- Work on a client driven schedule which requires flexibility to work day and **NIGHT** shifts, Weekdays and **WEEKENDS**:

- Able to perform physically demanding tasks outside in all types of weather and terrain.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Health & Safety Conscious, ensuring safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Must have a cell phone and your own way to get to/from Shop
- **Provide and maintain a satisfactory driving record.**:

- Steel-toed safety boots.

**Salary**: $26.28 per hour
