Responsibilities:

- Assist internal, wholesale and retail customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Utilize PBS dealer management system, WebDCS and Micro-Cat software
- Collaborate with service team to efficiently supply shop with internal parts
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate and upsell products

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
