**CLIENT ADVISOR, COMMERCIAL CLIENT CARE**

Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance, combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus, are the keys to success in the role of _Client Advisor, Commercial Client Care_. This role is responsible for providing customer service support, performing policy reviews, processing policy documents, speaking with clients and underwriters, issuing certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting, new business quoting, and maintaining file documentation.

**LOCATION AND STATUS**
- Ottawa, ON or Brampton, ON
- Full-time, permanent

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviewing policies to identify coverage gaps, makes recommendations based on clients’ operations, exposures and need
- Compiling renewal information, negotiating renewal terms and preparing all other aspects of renewals
- Maintaining appropriate and clear documentation in agency management systems including policy details, activities and attachments, spreadsheets
- Participating in ongoing scheduled meetings with team to discuss accounts, renewals and day to day service needs and opportunities
- Participating in seminars, classes and webinars for skill and knowledge developments
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Experience working in an insurance brokerage
- RIBO license is required
- CIP designation or CAIB, or working toward is an asset
