**Job Overview**
Our new Sales and Logistics Professional role is very unique. This role is designed for time proven logistic sales and coordination professionals who are looking to take their career and compensation to the next level.

Our new role is designed to treat the incumbent like a true leader in our business by providing a compensation package based on sharing in every dollar of sales made with absolutely no limits on how high that can go.

This is not a salaried position where we expect our professionals to grow the business while we take the profits. Rather, this position is being created for those who are looking to take control of their existing and future customer portfolios; where hard work and dedication to growth are acknowledged through direct revenue sharing.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Manage accounts by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate supply contracts with preferred pricing to achieve the appropriate transportation resources need to service customers.
- Organize and procure freight services through third party carriers and internal company resources
- Conduct order entry tasks for sales made as well as review and processing of carrier related invoices
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales of logistics with existing customer relations
- Significant experience in logistics coordination via the management of shipments and third party carriers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
