**SALES RECONCILIATION/SALES AUDITOR**

Parian Logistics provides corporate shared support services and third-party logistics to a group of affiliated Canadian retailers, including Urban Barn, Auld Phillips, Warehouse One, Ricki’s, Bootlegger, and cleo. Parian Logistics’ corporate support services include accounting and finance, logistics and distribution, digital marketing, customer service, information technology, human resources, real estate and store construction services.

We are looking for a **Sales Auditor **to join our team in Winnipeg Reporting to the Manager, Sales Audit, the Sales Auditor is responsible for day-to-day sales reconciliation and variance investigation. The Sales Auditor will demonstrate superior analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

**What you’ll be a part of**
- Conducting daily reconciliation of deposits, tenders, point-of-sale (POS) data, e-commerce orders, and bank account data including follow up on discrepancies
- Working closely with our store teams to reconcile deposits and POS transactions including communicating, explaining, and reinforcing accounting practices to store teams and assists stores in locating and correcting errors
- Partnering with internal departments including Store Operations, E-Commerce, and Loss Prevention regarding errors, trends, and issue resolution
- Providing superior customer service to the business units aligned with Parian Logistics’ DC2 values

**What you bring**
- Professional experience in a finance or accounting related role
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
- Database Skills using Access/SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and critical attention to detail
- Focused on positive customer experiences and delivering superior service to clients
- Working knowledge of ERP and/or POS systems (preferably Aptos)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
- Sales, logistics/distribution, and retail experience is an asset
