Under the guidance of the Customer Supply Chain Manager, the role is to impact business with improved customer’s fill rate and in-stock execution while minimizing company’s inventory liability and customer working capital. The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will create standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative sales analysis, and work closely with Account Managers to assess, develop, and execute retailer’s plans.

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Identify and develop information technology techniques for improving:

- In-stock percentages and customer fill rate
- Identify inventory risk and execute a plan to minimize risk
- Launch execution
- End of Season Logic and returns reduction
- Forecasting account plans, sales builds and ad lifts
- Attend meetings and build relationships with customer to support supply chain and forecasting requirements.
- Serve as primary customer contact for supply chain and logistics to ensure optimal inventory and order management
- Liaise with internal Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service and Transport Carrier
- Analyze data from multiple sources to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure promotion effectiveness
- Assist the Customer Supply Chain Manager in identifying opportunities to further develop data management processes such as: standard weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and business reviews
- Participate in task forces, core team assignments, etc. as it pertains to the achievement of company’s business goals, major projects, and financial objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution gained through 1-3 years of experience
- Strong technical Analyst who is a self-starter and can set up processes and develop business strategies for ongoing supply chain management
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence internal and external partners
- Must be detail-oriented, work well under pressure and be able to adhere to timelines, while prioritizing workload.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to derive meaningful information from large data sets using technical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Access)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver an impactful message cross functionally.
- Flexibility to travel as required (occasionally)
