Rodd Hotels and Resorts, Atlantic Canada's largest privately owned Hotel Chain is seeking a customer service oriented person to join our team as a Central Reservation Agent

**Job Summary**: Working out of our Central Reservation Office in Charlottetown, answer calls from our toll free number and make reservations for guests at one of our seven Hotels or Resorts. Provide exceptional guest service, as you help each guest plan their vacation, book golf and relay information about each of our locations throughout the Maritimes,

**Skills, Abilities and Qualifications**
- Customer service oriented, genuinely likes interacting with people
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening skills, able to read and respond to guest needs.
- Bilingualism French & English considered an asset
- Ability to adapt to new situations
- Team Player
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Good at problem solving with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Detail oriented
- Good Computer Skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and energy with strong emotional intelligence
- Willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
