Out of Town Coordinator

Scope of Work:
**Must type 60wpm**
Drafting Affidavits, out of town file management between the client and process server, invoicing, weekly Purolator deliveries, answer phones, obtaining quotes for out-of-town service areas, data entry, and must have knowledge of the below.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
High School Diploma or equivalent at the minimum
Post Secondary education preferred but not mandatory
Legal administrative background preferred. Law Clerk, Paralegal or Office Clerk graduates welcome.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch errors
Must work well independently
Ability to maintain strict schedule and meet quotas
Strong understanding of excel, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Applications such as; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
High level of Keyboarding skills required. Must type 60wpm or more. Speak and write fluent English.
Workplace Skills:
Client Relations, Interpersonal Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision Making.
Successful in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Organization and analytical skills required to manage physical files.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
