**Purpose**
Intraday Liquidity Management is of strategic importance to the Bank. This position is responsible for reporting and providing analysis of cash positions to various groups in the Bank, including Global Cash Management and the various Front Office Groups.
**Accountabilities**
- Manage and provide analysis of cash position changes
- Oversee nostro account balances and ensure sufficient cash is available to meet liquidity needs
- Develop and implement enhanced Intraday Liquidity Management reporting processes
- Partner with technology teams and internal stakeholders to implement and improve liquidity management systems
- Actively liaison with trading desks to investigate data issues
- Represent Cash Management in treasury, GBM and all bank initiatives
- Other initiatives as required
**Dimensions**
- Strong analytical & independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams to produce and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
- Critical thinking, ability to digest complex information and identify critical steps to make recommendations to management
- Good understanding of banking products (Repos, GICs, BA’s)
- Strong control mindset and a commitment to operational excellence
- Strong communication & relationship management skills and ability to manage productive relationships with stakeholders and technology and business partners
**Education/Work Experience/Designations**
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- CPA/CFA/FRM qualification is an asset.
- Experience with system integrations
- 5+ years of experience in Banking Industry with a focus in treasury, liquidity management, capital markets, or risk management
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
