Reporting to the Director of Planning & Allocation, the Planning Analyst is responsible for driving sales, managing inventory levels and supporting omni-channel distribution in a high-growth, fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This role is key to supporting a fast-growing business by providing sound financial, product and inventory management recommendations.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

Build and analyze financial plans by category & by sales channel, based on business strategies and seasonal trends.

Build and manage open-to-buy budgets and forecasts on an ongoing basis

Report on product & channel performance and recommend corrective actions as needed

Build post mortem analyses and integrate recommendations into future plans

Forecast sales and inventory at the style/color/size level for core programs

Build blends of business and related assortment plans

Support allocation needs and manage inventory levels across all channels.

Review inter-channel and store transfer opportunities

Develop planning, analysis and allocation tools to support growing business opportunities

Identify opportunities to improve processes and improve cross-functional collaboration

Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide reporting driving business goals

**WHO YOU ARE**

**This is what youve accomplished**

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Supply Chain

Minimum of 3 years experience in planning and/or buying in the fashion retail industry

**This is what youll contribute to the team**

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required

Knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus

Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong business and financial acumen

Strong problem-solving abilities and resourceful

Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to a ever-changing environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills, in English and French
