**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an organized and attractive inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate vehicle pricing and merchandising to optimize profitability.

**Sales Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for individual team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

**Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance to senior management.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with all OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the quality and accuracy of sales transactions.
- Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
