The role of the Construction Sales Representative is integral to our mission of expanding our market presence and enhancing our customer base in the construction industry. This position is dedicated to identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting the company's sales targets.As a Construction Site Handyman, is the go-to person for a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across our construction sites. The role will help keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role is ideal for someone with a diverse skill set in maintenance trades and a passion for solving problems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs across sites.
- Undertake carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction tasks.
- Performing deficiency touch-ups.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely task completion.
- Conduct site inspections and address issues promptly.
- Support the setup and dismantling of site infrastructure.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Accurately record maintenance and repair activities.

**Qualifications**
- Has a minimum of three years experience in a handyman within the construction industry.
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
- Boasts a broad knowledge of construction trades.
- Key skills must include drywall patch repairs, silicone, painting along with general construction tasks.
- Is able to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and physical capability for the job.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has their own transport.
- Requires a truck and has basic work tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
