Carpenter/handyman

Seeking exceptional residential and light commercial construction carpenters/Handyman. We are only looking for the absolute best. We want extremely talented, driven individuals that can complete, manage any and all tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be 100% committed to client satisfaction for the most uncompromising of clients
- Must be exceedingly well organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Must be willing to work in harsh, fast-paced, and stressful environments
- Must be willing to take phone calls on evenings and weekends, and address problems, large and small, when they arise
- Must have a calm demeanour and excellent conflict management skills
- Must be willing to accept responsibility for one’s own mistakes and those of their subordinates
- Must be eager to learn, and excited to accept new challenges
- Must be driven to achieve excellence in workmanship.

Qualifications and Skills

Required experience.
- Residential renovation and development: min. 2 years.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Required education:

- High school or equivalent

Required license or certification:

- Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle to get to different sites daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
