**1 ‑ Full Time ‑ Receptionist Group 2**

**Rehabilitation**

Under the general direction of the Manager ‑ Surgical & Rehabilitation Services, the Receptionist performs clerical

and receptionist duties as required for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech‑Language Pathology and

Therapeutic Recreation.

Qualifications:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Medical Office Administration Diploma an asset
- Certificate in Medical Terminology or equivalent experience
- Must possess good interpersonal skills including an excellent customer focused approach to patients and families
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience using Community Wide Scheduling for booking purposes
- Previous experience working with out patient clinic bookings required

Salary Range: $25.528 to 26.178
