Customer Support Coordinator

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the Customer Support function and create a best in class experience:
- All Customer Support inquiries will be managed by the Customer Support Coordinator during the hours of the shift. Inquiries include app, product feedback, web, catering, and wholesale.
- Our goal is to maintain a best in class service level
- Executing the sales and entry process for catering and large one-time orders
- Support the centralized call center
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Create customer surprise and delights, elevating the customer experience
- Support Order Desk with 1 dedicated shift at Mattawa per week, and backup coverage as needed (vacations, out of office)
- Support and oversee Amazon business
- Support onboarding new customer accounts in Fishbowl
- Support the Wholesale team with customer inquiries and monthly newsletters
- As our objectives progress, oversee specific account ordering that does not require in-field relationships / support
- Contribute and oversee special projects related to improving the customer experience (e.g. AI automation, key customer analysis, etc)
**REQUIREMENTS AND JOB SKILLS**
- Ability to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
- Ability to work weekend shifts as backup coverage for Order Desk (rare)
- Ability to work at our facility in Mississauga 2 days minimum a week, mandatory on order desk days
- Energetic personality with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer and organization skills with high proficiency in data entry
**Compensation**
- Full-Time
- Compensation: $19 - $20 / hr
