- Le Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'agents(es) de la gestion financière pour le Service de gestion budgétaire, performance financière et partenaires d'affaires afin de combler un poste permanent à temps complet (35h) de jour.
- Tâches spécifiques:
- Participer à l’élaboration du budget global du CIUSSS et du budget spécifique pour certaines directions
- Conseiller et soutenir les gestionnaires dans les diverses analyses périodiques, leur suivi budgétaire et l’évaluation des mesures correctives à mettre en place, au besoin
- Procéder à l’analyse budgétaire périodique (masse salariale, revenus, autres charges ainsi que les divers ratios de performance, statistique et de gestion)
- Participer à la préparation des rapports financiers ministériels (RR-444, RR-446, AS-471 et AS-617)
- Préparer les analyses de coûts des différents projets de l’établissement
- Réaliser les analyses en lien avec l’expertise et l’offre de services de la direction
- Participer à l’octroi de la formation aux gestionnaires en matière de gestion financière et sur les différents outils de gestion disponibles
- Participer et/ou coordonner des travaux interdirection dans le cadre de dossiers impliquant plusieurs directions
- Participer aux diverses redditions de compte requises
- Effectuer toute autre tâche que lui demande son supérieur immédiat dans le cadre de ses responsabilités

Une partie du travail peut se faire à domicile après entente avec l’employeur.
- Salaire horaire: 25,45$ à 42,64$ - semaine de 35 heures
- À titre d'information, les compétences du titre d'emploi seront évaluées par un test écrit et une entrevue.
- L'horaire de travail est de 8h00 à 16h00, du lundi au vendredi.
- Port d'attache : 2400, boul. des Sources, Pointe-Claire- Requirements:
- Doit détenir un baccalauréat en sciences de l'administration ou dans une autre discipline universitaire appropriée (sciences comptables);
- Membre de l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréées du Québec, un atout;
- Deux (2) années d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Forte capacité d'analyse et aptitude pour la résolution des problèmes complexes;
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
