We’re looking for a Mortgage Administrator (12-Month Contract) to join the MCAN family.

**Job Summary**:
**What you will be responsible for**:

- Submit on-boarding requests for new brokerages and agents to management
- Pull and vet licenses, MBRCC checks and historical funding data for broker on-boarding
- Manage the Documents inbox and ensure that they are handled within the established SLA
- Create new deal records on Mortgage Fulfilment portal and assign deals to Mortgage Fulfillment Officers
- Continuity Report: reconciliation of loan movement (i.e. paid out, renewed, newly funded)
- Upload documents for loans/renewals in CNG/Safe Instruct mortgage files
- Liase with external and internal stake holders to complete administrative tasks in support of Residential Lending

**The work experience, skills, education that you bring**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- You’re a self-starter, have a positive attitude and lead by example
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other database systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to foster and maintain strong business relationships
- Organized and process-oriented, with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work under high pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
