**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identifying weak or risky practices and code;
- Build corporate QA strategy including automation coverage & infrastructure, departmental KPIs aligned with business objectives and manual test suites coverage;
- Establish multi-year product improvement plan in conjunction with development counterparts and document, recommend and promote the plan to executive management;
- Co-own QA yearly budget with VP Engineering to plan, document and monitor QA hiring and spending to support company growth;
- Ensure continuous communication of projects status to senior leadership;
- Respect and follow the established security controls;
- Report any risk, incident or anomalous situation that could affect the security of novisto or customer data;
- Drive the daily triage process for internal & external bugs and feature requests; ensure adequate follow up with clients.

**What we're looking for**:

- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field;
- 4+ years experience using automated testing software;
- 3+ years experience in a Quality Assurance lead position;
- Strong leadership skills;
- High regard for safety standards and quality control;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Diligent and meticulous;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- An analytical mind, great attention to detail.
