- As a leader on the finance team, you will manage a team of 2 Supervisors and indirectly 10 finance professionals. Through this, you will utilize your leadership skills to coach, motivate, train and evaluate reporting staff. You will also demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.**What we require **
- Relevant University Degree (Finance, Accounting, Master Business Administration)
- A professional accounting designation (CA/CMA/CGA/CPA)
- 5-8 years of progressive financial planning experience
- Proven leadership skills to develop staff
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- In-depth change management knowledge and demonstrated success as a change leader
- Effective political awareness and business acumen, tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of Human Services Programs

**Nice to have but not required...**
- Experience with Federal and/or Provincial funding models for Human Services programs
- SAP knowledge and working experience
- In this role you will have the ability to work mostly remote. You will be required to occasionally attend on-site meetings based on operational requirements at the 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton worksite. Your remote work location must be located within the province of Ontario.

**Hours of Work***: 35 hours per week**
