Reporting to the **AIM Recyclage site director in Sherbrooke**, the balance clerk will be responsible for monitoring receipts and shipments of materials. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, weighing the tickets and responding adequately to customers.
- Welcome clients;
- Weigh the material;
- Make delivery notes in the software;
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
- Prepare shipping papers;
- Tracking of material shipments;
- Perform reports;
- Perform other related duties;
**Qualifications**
- One year of experience in customer service;
- Experience in the transportation field (an asset);
- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Good at mental arithmetic.

**Additional Information**
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and Saturday morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
- Full-time, permanent position.
