**Your contribution**

**Your day-to-day**

Learning And Development
- Act as a change agent on driving learning programs to support change and transformation activities and cultural alignment.
- Deliver global and local projects and training initiatives within the talent and learning area (e. g. Leadership development, Change Management, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Career development, etc.), through in-person and virtual deployment/facilitation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through new practices, processes, or policies.
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships with third parties including consultants, coaches, and internal SMEs to complement and enable the business strategy when required.
- Support HR Business Partners, as needed, to include supporting and implementing various HR solutions (i.e., tools, products, resources, and processes), providing input for enhancements while collaborating with HRBPs, managers, and employees to understand current challenges, recommending effective resolutions that align with HR solutions.
- Assess needs and contribute to the design and development of training programs while ensuring learning opportunities are linked with development needs (individual, team, skill-based and management training);
- Encourage employee learning initiatives by informing them about available development programs, tools and resources;
- Provide talent management expertise for strategic mandates supporting business transformation initiatives and change management.
- Coordinate all the activities provided for in the training plan and adjust it according to operational needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure maximum impact and continuously improve training programs and materials based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Propose follow-up indicators and/or tools to ensure optimal planning, delivery and follow-up of training.

Talent Management
- Coordinate succession planning programs and activities for critical roles to anticipate future needs;
- Actively keep abreast with trends and best practices that can be incorporated into existing talent management efforts.

Performance Management
- Provides framework to allow managers and employees to establish clear goals, provide frequent feedback and check-in and encourage coaching conversations.

Employee Engagement
- Administer the annual engagement survey process by building pertinent questionnaires, analyzing and sharing results and ensure feedback is turned into action;
- Plan and organize diversity & inclusion activities and training (engagement taskforce, share articles on cultural differences, harassment prevention training, etc.);
**Your skills, our requirements**
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- MBA or Master’s of Education is a strong asset.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required;
- Experience with Oracle is a strong asset.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience with at least 4 years specializing in learning & development and talent management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis, Spanish an asset;
- Strong ability to draft various communications and create communication plans;
- Demonstrates strong analytical & reporting skills;
- Expert in creating executive summaries and PowerPoint presentations;
- Predictive Index Certification is an asset.

**Additional considerations**
- The position can be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters.
- This position is a P2 level.
