**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team at APW Restaurant Services. In this role, you will be essential to our operations, responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our clients' kitchens adhere to fire and health code regulations, mitigating fire hazards and health risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Detailed Cleaning**: Perform meticulous cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans, to ensure compliance with fire and health codes.
- **Specialized Equipment Operation**: Use professional cleaning equipment and techniques to effectively remove grease, dirt, and debris.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- **Safety Adherence**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines rigorously to maintain a secure work environment.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and provide detailed reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning or related fields is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- **Work Ethic**: Strong reliability, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn are essential.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, and to handle equipment and manual tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality results are crucial.
- **License**: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
