**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be the go-to person for the full Procure-to-Pay inventory management cycle in this in-office position, which will include but not be limited to:

- Creating and monitoring purchase orders (raw material and MRO) from placement to delivery
- Working closely with carriers to ensure on time delivery and customs clearance of goods and services
- Using forecasting techniques to predict demand and P.O. release requirements
- Working closely with Plant Manager and maintenance to provide assistance of sourcing MRO indirect materials, supplies and services
- Leading, managing and monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintaining ownership of material movement and storage from start to finish
- Engaging in inventory analysis including cycle counting and root-cause analysis
- Maintaining inventory records such as receipts and issues
- Completing production scheduling, inventory control, and material-planning duties
- Analyzing problems to identify root causes
- Executing vendor surveys and qualify vendors

**What You Bring to the Company**:

- Post secondary education in a materials/purchasing related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- APICS - CPIM certification preferred
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (GP or Similar), minimum intermediate Excel
- Exceptional time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional manner with ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay motivated and keep a positive attitude
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and provide this proof if provided an offer of employment
- Employment offer will be contingent on a satisfactory background, criminal record, and credit checks
- Must have valid drivers licence
