**What you will do**
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices for payments
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and accountability in financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and customers.
- Generate financial reports and statements, summarizing financial activities and results for management review.

**What you will bring**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a financial administrator, accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
