**Job Title: Accounts Coordinator**
**Terms of Employment: 37.5 hours per week-day shifts, Monday to Friday (12 Month Term)**
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Manual and computerized filing of documents.
- Photocopying and scanning of documents.
- Organization of company data, including creation and upkeep of database files.
- Assisting with maintaining agency documentation and monitoring systems.
- Bookkeeping
- Posting of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Bank deposits of accounts receivable
- Data entry
- Preparation of journal entries.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting
- Basic Excel skills - is preferred
- Knowledge of Sage - considered an asset.
- Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Vehicle for completing banking duties
- Clear vulnerable sector police information check.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $26.34 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
