About the Role
The Resource Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Insolvency, and will provide administration, assigning, and oversight of the Bankruptcy/Consumer Proposal volumes and ongoing file maintenance on behalf of our clients in alignment with the documented processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The Resource Specialist is the first level escalation review with the front-line agents and internal stakeholders.
What will you be doing
- Assigning daily work batches using active management methodology ensuring work is assigned based on received data and task priority. Ensure daily productivity targets are met by completing related tasks according to output per hour measurements.
- Review of work samples following the outlined Quality program and daily management oversight review of all completed work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Administration of documentation including claim filing and voting on behalf of our clients for Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposals.
- Ensure all tasks and internal queues are actioned and completed per the aligned work instructions within the prescribed timelines including task and queue cleanup activities.- Support productivity program including Productivity tracking/tracker maintenance and review, Associate Manager support, and productivity review and validation.
- Oversee the Quality program within the insolvency department and ensure all required sample plans are met to sustain a target of >98%. Provide monthly updates to Manager including all quality results for all units in Insolvency.
About You
- Demonstrated experience and strong ability with Microsoft Office products, including knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work by meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality level.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and “outside-of-the-box” solutions when troubleshooting escalations or implementing new processes and procedures.
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment as an asset.
- Performance Measurement, with effective coaching skills a definite asset.
- Previous Leadership experience is an asset.
