**Job Title**: Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and teams to ensure timely delivery
- Implement change management strategies to address project scope changes effectively
- Utilize Workday, Trello, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking and collaboration
- Drive product development initiatives by aligning project goals with business objectives
- Implement systems to monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks proactively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management with a focus on project planning and execution
- Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Workday, Trello, Jira, and ServiceNow
- Experience in change management practices to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Background in product development processes and systems implementation
