**What You'll Do**:

- Generate and grow commercial painting relationships with **property managers, facility managers,** and **industrial clients**:

- Engage in **prospecting, cold calling,** and field networking to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with **existing commercial accounts**:

- Represent the company at **industry events, trade shows,** and networking opportunities to drive business growth
- **Follow up** diligently on all leads, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Manage a **3-9-month sales cycle**, from prospecting to final project completion, ensuring all client needs are met
- Provide clients with **detailed written proposals** based on their project requirements
- Collaborate closely with the **Office Manager, Production Manager,** and **Job Site Supervisors** to ensure that projects are executed according to the agreed-upon expectations
- Attend in-person meetings with customers to perform estimates and gather detailed project information
- **Increase revenue** from both new and existing accounts by meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Prepare and present a **weekly analysis** of sales results for review and goal-setting with your supervisor

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Valid driver's license** with a clean driving record and insurance
- Experience in the **construction industry** (preferred)
- **Proven track record** as a top performer in sales (preferred)
- **Goal-oriented, organized, and highly energetic** with a passion for performance-based pay
- Strong **communication** (both written and verbal) and **interpersonal** skills
- Proficiency with **computer software** and internet-based tools
- Ability to create and deliver compelling **presentations**:

- **Relationship-building skills** to foster long-term client partnerships
- **Patience** and persistence to handle long sales cycles and win major projects
