Duties and Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Instructor:
Must be able to supply Adult Based training to all levels of industry.

Supply and deliver compliant, professional adult-based training programs to all employers, employees in the following industries.
- Construction
- Industrial
- Hospitality
- Health Care
- Food Service
- Environmental Industries
- Transportation
- Oil & Gas Industries

Must evaluate participant participation through theoretical and practical skills regiment and administer the participant written evaluation at the end of the training session.

Must be able to ensure “Document Retention Filing” duties requiring the retention and sending of soft copy pdf digital and hard copy records of training as needed.

Instructor to ensure the training data base is updated as needed.

Ensure our clients are contacted 30 days prior to their training expiry dates.

Participating in program development and updates as required by senior management and instructor feedback.

Must support their Health and Safety certificates and designations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience delivering workplace training programs.

Must have strong computer skills and experience in using all Microsoft 365 Enterprise Software platforms.

A certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from a recognized provider in Ontario.

Ensure each participant understands the goals in each training course delivered.

Must deliver clear and concise training programs to all participants.

Must have a Valid Ontario’s Driver Licence - and have a clear drivers abstract.

Must have a safe driving record and supply a current drivers abstract to use company vehicles when traveling to client work sites in Ontario.

Must be able to legally work in Canada.
