**You as a Manager, Technical Training will be**:

- Work with the Construction Sciences team to develop a focussed and coordinated technical training program that supports our construction operations group
- Liaise with various leaders across the company to identify and prioritize technical training needs and opportunities
- Produce technical training content in various learning modes (written material, presentations, webinars, videos, podcasts, etc.) and help support/facilitate in-person training events
- Manage content on the company’s Learning Management System platform, collect and analyze engagement metrics
- Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness and promote engagement in technical training activities

- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to the construction industry
- High proficiency in audio/video editing and developing engaging content
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Creative, well organized, and a high attention to detail
