We’re looking for a creative and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an office-based position, and you must be available to work between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute SEO strategy to drive high quality non branded traffic to our website.
- Research and provide recommendations for high performing key words.
- Implement of on page utilizing SEO tools such as yoast.
- Recommend and implement best in class SEO software such as HREF, SEM, Rush or similar.
- Create and deploy Facebook, LinkedIn and google advertising campaigns.
- Manage the execution, tracking and optimization of all advertising activity.
- Create high conversion landing pages using dynamic content.
- Brief in Ad creative to outsourced graphic design agency.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in a digital marketing role with experience in SEO and SEM.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or similar.
- Working knowledge of paid advertising campaign across different platforms [Including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google ad/display networks, TikTok].
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications are highly desirable.
- A good understanding of on-page and off-page technical SEO.
- Experience coordinating, planning, and reporting on SEO strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM software.

**Nice to have**
- Working knowledge of CMS software [WordPress or equivalent].
- Skills in graphic/video production tools.
- Experience using AI writing tools to improve efficiency in content production.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Social media planning/scheduling software.
