Your role

As a digital marketing specialist, you work with the company’s marketing team to manage all digital marketing initiatives. You directly contribute to the company’s online presence. You closely monitor online trends and best practices. You use the knowledge that you gained to strengthen the company’s online search results, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.

Your success in this role comes from your superior analytical skills. You use your creativity and resourcefulness to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. And, you are detail-oriented and organized, handling multiple projects with ease.

Your responsibilities

Working in Square One’s marketing department, you have many important responsibilities:

  • Researching and proposing partnerships that grow the company’s online presence.
  • Managing the company’s Rental Portal and registering new users.
  • Promoting the company’s online affiliate program and registering new affiliates.
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s website.
  • Monitoring and tracking the company’s online performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies that improve the company’s online campaigns.
  • Keeping apprised of changes in digital marketing.

Your education + experience

Your experience and education help ensure your success at Square One. For this role, you have:

  • A degree or diploma in business, communications, or marketing.
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Experience marketing to consumers using business to business partnerships.
  • A general insurance license level 1 preferred.
  • 3 years of professional experience preferred.

  • A base annual salary ranging from $51,500 to $55,000.
  • 3-weeks of vacation to start and an additional week after only 3 years.
