The Program Manager, under the direction of the Vice President, will primarily be responsible to model and champion the company's dedication to providing excellent customer service. This position will celebrate successes and foster an atmosphere of success. This role will also administer disciplinary action in accordance with established procedures. The Program Manager must possess three years in a management role and five years of experience in customer service and effective leadership skills experience, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of employees.**Job Duties**
- Review and report on individual/team/client budget requests.
- Responsible for the successful execution of experiential marketing / brand ambassador industry events and campaigns as assigned
- Responsible for the successful execution of sales/telesales campaigns as assigned
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Client facing
- Must have strong verbal and visual communications skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills (able to review results / situations, and determine follow-up action plans)
- Ability to work to close deadlines
- Familiar with Google docs, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Methodical on follow-up, detail focused, and very organized
- Adaptable and flexible - able to take on additional work requirements, in addition to core responsibilities, as required
- Optimize budgets based on spending data and performance
- Create reports for internal use and for client presentations
- Administer disciplinary action in accordance with established procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations
- Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development
- Oversee staff to ensure work is being performed according to established standards
- Maintain shift schedules to ensure sufficient employee coverage
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere that enables the team to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve consistently high levels of customer service
- Manage the efforts and activities of a sales team in alignment with sales goals and revenue objectives
- Train employees in company sales techniques and knowledge of product range
- Strive to minimize staff turnover and to keep team headcount at acceptable levels
- Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to our level of standards, and to set a positive example for your team

**Work Conditions**
- Interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large
- Mainly remote but Program Managers will be expected to be on-site for client campaigns where required
- Program Managers are expected to have access to a vehicle at all times
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Full-time, flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

**Experience**
- Two years of experience in Marketing
- Three years of experience in a management role
- Five years of experience in customer-facing roles

$50,000 starting, based on experience
