Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS) is a worldwide leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design, supply, and operate a range of water systems - from food and beverage applications, to municipal water, to microelectronics ultrapure water and heavy industrial wastewater treatment. The Microelectronics Innovation Program Manager, reporting to the Technical Excellence Director, will define the innovation strategy, development roadmaps, resourcing and execution plans and drive implementation opportunities with our customers. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams within North America and, at times, globally to ensure the voice of the customer is taken into consideration and our delivery of viable technical solutions. Overall responsibilities include, but not limited to: driving ideation sessions, consolidating the voice of the customer, defining required dedicated resources, conducting technical assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts & functions to achieve objectives.

To be successful as a Microelectronics Innovation Program Manager, you must be a strong cross-functional collaborator, ability to obtain results in a dynamic work environment, and ability to drive innovation programs to completion effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Drive innovation initiatives in collaboration with internal, cross-functional teams. Ensure good alignment with all business stakeholders as well as an emphasis on data analysis, action planning, positive team relationships & communication.Lead communication of initiative status updates, feedback, bulletins and appropriate reporting to stakeholders and Senior Leadership.Develop and own the Microelectronics innovation roadmap, and related Multi-Generational Product Plan Identify, own and implement innovation initiatives that all the way through sustained benefits realization, to increase quality and value. Collaborate with existing and perspective customers in a collaborative way to implement solutions that address the key market drivers. Facilitate cross-functional, cross-business teams to conceptualize & implement complex design solutions, ensuring effective project management, adherence to timelines, and successful implementation.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering/Science or other relevant advanced, technical fieldMinimum 10 years experience in water and /wastewater industries. Established research experience with proven success in innovation implementationsAdvanced project / program management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset, but not a requirementStrong technical acumen and the ability to apply concepts and theories to lead innovation strategy and interpret findingsDynamic, energetic, motivated, results-focussed with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesProactive, strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated analytical skillsAble to lead a cross-functional team both of dedicated and partial time employees to achieve the objectives of the innovation roadmap. Ability to focus on key objectives and not get distracted by competing prioritiesStrong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse leadership, management, functions, technical teams and customersAble to resolve conflicts and move teams forward while developing trusted relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills required, and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.
