As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic decision-making and innovation through advanced data analysis and modeling. **What You Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical projects and drive significant business impact.
- Master degree or higher in either Statistics, Business Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Data Proficiency: Proven track record in handling and analyzing large-scale datasets, including experience with big data technologies and cloud-based data platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science tools.
- Visualization and Reporting: Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with a strong ability to create compelling and informative dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced knowledge of data science tools and workflows, including experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub), data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow), and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing business strategy and decisions.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in relevant industries and the system (eg. GMS, CMP) such as casino, hospitality, or other high-impact sectors is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advanced Predictive Modeling: Design, develop, and implement complex machine learning models and predictive algorithms to forecast marketing trends, optimize strategies, and drive business outcomes.
- Strategic Data Insights: Lead the creation of advanced analytical models and dashboards that provide deep insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and business operations, facilitating strategic decision-making.
- Comprehensive Analysis: Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and executive teams to integrate data-driven strategies across various business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Data Engineering: Work with Data Warehouse Team to develop and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support the efficient processing and analysis of large-scale datasets.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative approaches in data science and analytics. Mentor junior analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Additional Duties: Perform other data-related tasks as required to advance business goals and support overall strategic initiatives.
