**Quelles seront mes fonctions dans ce poste?**: Vous devrez:

- collaborer avec les conseils scolaires locaux pour fournir des directives pour la préparation de documents financiers;
- surveiller la conformité avec les politiques de financement et produire des rapports connexes;
- analyser et calculer les subventions générales à accorder aux conseils scolaires;
- participer à diverses activités entreprises par le ministère et liée à la responsabilisation;
- tenir à jour avec exactitude une base de données sur l'ordinateur central;
- effectuer des vérifications;
- compiler et analyser des statistiques financières;
- formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les systèmes et les procédures de gestion financière.

**Note**: ce poste peut requérir des déplacements occasionnels de nuit dans la province.

**À quelles exigences dois-je répondre?**:
**Ce qui est obligatoire**: Maîtrise du français oral et écrit de niveau supérieur. Votre niveau de maîtrise sera évalué avant l'embauche.

**Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes**:

- Compétences en analyse pour évaluer des données financière afin de détecter les écarts budgétaires.
- Compétences en analyse pour interpréter et appliquer les lois sur l'enseignement élémentaire et secondaire.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes pour résoudre des problèmes financiers en faisant preuve de discernement.

**Compétences en finance**:

- Expérience de l'adoption de principes et de pratiques de comptabilité et de vérification.
- Expérience de la réalisation de vérifications de conformité et d'examens financiers pour consolider des résultats et produire des rapports.
- Capacité de veiller à ce que les rapports financiers respectent les politiques et les procédures pertinentes.

**Compétences en communication et en informatique**:

- Compétences en communication orale pour communiquer de manière claire et concise.
- Compétences en communication écrite pour préparer des rapports, des notes d'information et de la correspondance ministérielle.
- Compétences en relations interpersonnelles pour établir et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les intervenants internes et externes.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de traitement de texte, de calcul et de gestion de bases de données.
