Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Agent to join our team. As a Mortgage Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial services industry and help individuals achieve their homeownership dreams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate client financial information, credit history, and property details to determine eligibility for various mortgage products
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely mortgage approval process
- Educate clients on different mortgage options, terms, and conditions, helping them make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in mortgage products to provide the best possible service to clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Mortgage Agent or in a similar role within the financial services industry is required
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and underwriting processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus)
- Proficient in cash management and financial calculations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client files simultaneously
- Must have completed and passed ontario mortgage agent course*

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $80,983.00-$94,706.00 per year

**Benefits**:
