Ideally, you have a Journeyman Certificate, Red Seal qualification or 3 years’ experience in a banquet environment and are familiar with all applicable health regulations and running a safe workplace. You consistently deliver high standards and ensure that all employees follow Food Safe, covid-19, and hygiene protocols._
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of culinary management:_

- _Ordering_
- _Receiving_
- _Dietary restrictions_
- _Scheduling_
- _Food prep_
- _Safe workplace practices_
- We believe in a strong work life balance. This role typical works 8 hours per day, Monday thru Friday. However, the Executive Chef has the flexibility to work outside the standard Monday to Friday if desired. We have a full benefit plan (vision, hearing, dental, drugs, paramedical ), a strong retirement plan, and, offer 4 weeks’ vacation. _

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
